We provided full-scale SMM support for Humanity Lab, a network of PCR laboratories operating during the COVID-19 pandemic and represented across most districts of Tbilisi. We worked with existing social media channels, improving performance through structured content management and integrating digital communication with the company’s operational processes.
A key objective was driving localized customer acquisition for each branch based on its geographic location. We ran targeted advertising campaigns with a strong focus on geo-specific coverage and optimization for individual districts. We also contributed to the setup of lead processing workflows and integration with dispatch systems to streamline customer communication.
Additionally, we supported the successful launch of new branches in districts where the company had no prior presence, ensuring a stable flow of customers from the early stages of operation.
